Lunches

Children will need to bring their own lunch and water bottle on all Sunday sessions.

October half Term - All children will require to bring a packed lunch and water bottle.

Invoicing

When paying your invoice, please make sure you include the invoice number or your child’s name as reference so we link the payment to your account.

Non-Attendance

If your child is unwell or unable to attend for any reason, please let us know as soon as possible beforehand by calling the Young Ranger Emergency Contact number 07904296116.

Kindly note that cancellations with less than 72 hours’ notice will still be chargeable at the full rate unless we are able to fill the space.

Winter Weather

Please make sure your child is dressed appropriately for the weather, we will always try to spend as much time outdoors as possible. It is now getting cold and wet and the ground will start getting muddy, so wellingtons/walking shoes or old shoes are recommend. We understand not all children will be able to wear all items mentioned due to sensory issues, but please make suitable adjustments to ensure your child is safe and comfortable.  If you have difficulty providing suitable clothing for your child, please get in touch and we will try to help.

Transport 

Glyne Gap (Outside Glyne Gap Primary School, Bexhill)

• Pick Up – 09:15am Approx.
• Drop Off – 15:50pm Approx.

Sainsbury’s Bus Stop (St Leonards, John Macadam Way)

• Pick Up – 09:30am Approx.
• Drop Off – 15:30pm Approx.

Own transport 

• Please arrive for a 10 am start
• Collection at 3pm

Personal belongings

Please ensure all your Young Rangers belongings are named and they have them when they get off of the bus or when leaving the farm.
